Barrie McKay’s return to the Heart of Midlothian starting line-up paid dividends at Tynecastle Park. The Jambos beat St Mirren 2-0 in the SPL.

Bolton made a lightning start to their fixture against Leyton Orient. Captained by Gethin Jones, Wanderers scored three times inside the opening 10 minutes. Despite a second half comeback, ‘The Trotters’ held on to beat the visitors 3-2.
