Martin Boyle took his Hibernian side across the city to face Heart of Midlothian in the Edinburgh derby. A late goal condemned Hibs to a 1-0 loss in the SPL fixture.

Luke Bolton had an afternoon to remember at Turf Moor in the FA Cup. His Mansfield side produced one of the great cup shocks by dumping Premier League side Burnley out of the competition. The 2-1 victory sees Town safely in the hat for the 5th round draw.
In the EFL Championship, Callum Lang made an immediate impact on his Preston North End debut. He assisted the equalising goal within minutes of his second half introduction to earn a 2-2 draw against Watford at Deepdale.
Tyrese Campbell supplied a 90th minute assist to win a tight contest for Sheffield United. ‘The Blades’ beat Zak Swanson’s Portsmouth 1-0 at Fratton Park.
Hibernian put their midweek disappointment behind them by beating St Mirren 2-0. Australian international Martin Boyle featured in the SPL success at Easter Road.
Lincoln City battled to a useful point at Sincil Bank. Tom Hamer’s men drew 1-1 with Bolton Wanderers and maintain their second place position in League One.
Following his loan move from Wrexham, 19 year old Harry Ashfield made his full debut for Cheltenham Town in the goalless draw at Barnet.
Also in League Two, a goal in the opening minute proved to be enough for Gethin Jones’ MK Dons to seal victory against Newport County (1-0).
Tom Barkhuizen completed an influential 90 minutes in Barrow’s 1-0 win against Colchester United in Cumbria.
Tom Pearce and Jack Evans both featured in Chesterfield’s 1-1 draw against Harrogate Town.

Bethany England got on the score sheet in Tottenham Hotspur’s 7-3 demolition of Aston Villa in the WSL.
Manchester United defender Millie Turner returned to the starting line up after a prolonged spell out with injury. She celebrated by scoring the winning goal and supplying an assist in the 2-1 victory against London City.
In WSL 2, Southampton beat Bristol City 2-0 with Fran Stenson, Tara Bourne and Jess Simpson representing the #FullNinetyFamily at Ashton Gate.
