Australian international Martin Boyle scored a brace for Hibernian in their penultimate SPL match of the season. Hibs beat Motherwell 3-0 at Easter Road.

A spirited display by Tottenham Hotspur wasn’t quiet enough to take something from their WSL fixture against Chelsea (0-1). Bethany England and Ashleigh Neville completed 90 minutes, while Kit Graham made a substitute appearance.

Saturday

Bolton Wanderers will remain in League One after their disappointing play-off final defeat to Oxford United (0-2). Gethin Jones and Aaron Morley will look to come back even stronger next season.

Heart of Midlothian rounded off their SPL campaign by welcoming Rangers to Tynecastle Park. Chief creator Barrie McKay started for ‘The Jam Tarts’ in an entertaining 3-3 draw.

The final day of the FA Women’s Super League season saw Taylor Hinds captain Liverpool to a thumping 4-0 win at Leicester City. Taylor supplied the assist for the opening goal at the King Power Stadium.

Bethany England scored the opening goal for Tottenham Hotspur in their 3-1 win against Kirsty Smith’s West Ham United. Ashleigh Neville also featured at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Also on target was Emma Bissell. She scored with a volleyed finish for Everton in their comprehensive 4-0 win at Bristol City.

Ronan Darcy is heading to League One after his Crawley side beat Crewe Alexandra. Town won 2-0 in the League One play-off final at Wembley Stadium.

Hibernian concluded the weekend’s action with their away match at Livingston. Australian international Martin Boyle completed 90 minutes in the 1-1 draw. #FullNinetyFamily
