Easter Monday

Sheffield United will be tasked with reaching the Premier League via the play-offs following a 2-1 defeat at Burnley. Recently crowned SkyBet Championship Player of the Month for March Tyrese Campbell, made a substitute appearance at Turf Moor.

Callum Lang stepped off the bench for Portsmouth after returning from a two month injury lay off. Pompey confirmed their EFL Championship status with a 1-0 win against Watford at Fratton Park.

Liam Kitching’s Coventry went down to an unexpected 3-1 defeat at Championship strugglers Plymouth Argyle. City maintain their place in the play-off places after favourable results elsewhere.

Wrexham took full advantage of Wycombe’s loss to move back into the League One automatic promotion places. Elliot Lee’s men won 2-1 at Blackpool.

Davis Keillor-Dunn’s assist on the stroke of half-time dragged Barnsley back into the match against Peterborough at Oakwell(1-1).

An Ed Francis assist proved to be only a consolation for Exeter City in their miserable 3-1 loss at Crawley Town. 

Jonny Smith made a 20 minute cameo appearance from the substitute’s bench in Wigan Athletic’s 1-0 win against Rotherham United.

Altrincham kept their National League play-off hopes alive by winning 3-0 at Halifax. Tylor Golden completed 90 minutes of action at ‘The Shay Stadium’.

Friday

Tyrese Campbell’s Sheffield United won convincingly 2-0 away at Stoke City in the EFL Championship as they prepare to negotiate the play-offs. 

Saturday 

In the EFL Championship, Callum Lang got more minutes into his legs with a bright substitute appearance in Portsmouth’s 1-1 draw at Sheffield Wednesday.

In the Scottish Premier League, Martin Boyle and Ronan Hale were left disappointed after their respective Hibernian and Ross County sides both lost.

Elliot Lee, Luke Bolton and Harry Ashfield celebrated Wrexham’s success in League One. ‘The Red Dragons’ are heading to the EFL Championship after their 3-0 home victory against Charlton guaranteed automatic promotion.

Bolton Wanderers came from behind to secure a 1-1 draw at Peterborough. Australian international Gethin Jones featured in the League One fixture.

Dion Pereira’s scored one and assisted another for Dagenham & Redbridge in the 6-1 hammering of Tylor Golden’s Altrincham in the National League.

Sunday

In the WSL, Liverpool drew 2-2 against Tottenham Hotspur with Taylor Hinds, Bethany England and Ashleigh Neville making up a trio of FullNinety players on display.

West Ham United demolished Crystal Palace 7-1 with Emma Harries scoring a brace and Kirsty Smith also featuring at the VBS Community Stadium.

In the Women’s Championship, Tara Bourne and Fran Stenson made 90 minute appearances for Southampton in the 3-2 win at Sheffield United. #FullNinetyFamily
