Callum Lang’s Portsmouth got back to winning ways in the EFL Championship. Pompey beat Swansea City 4-0 at Fratton Park and move out of the relegation places.

Barnsley beat Wrexham 2-1 at Oakwell in League One. Davis Keillor-Dunn scored his 10th goal of the season with a brilliant finish, while Josh Earl returned to the starting XI following injury.

Aaron Morley’s pressure cooker added time penalty kick won the match for Wycombe Wanderers in League One (2-1). Ed Francis supplied an assist for Exeter City in the defeat at Adams Park.

Jamie Stott’s late goal sealed all three points for Morecambeat the Mazuma Stadium. Ben Tollitt gave another impressive performance in the 2-0 victory against Tranmere Rovers.

Oldham Athletic suffered a setback in their quest for National League promotion. Josh Lundstram scored the opening goal as The Latics went down 2-1 at Hartlepool United.

Aribim Pepple’s first half goal proved decisive in Southend’s National League match at Braintree Town. The 1-0 win moves United up to 14th place in the table.

Hibernian extended their unbeaten run in the SPL to five games thanks to a 1-1 draw against St Johnstone. Australian international Martin Boyle captained ‘The Hibees’ to a point at McDiarmid Park. 

Saturday

Two late goals spoiled Liam Kitching’s recall to the Coventry City defensive line up in the EFL Championship. Norwich City came out on top with a 2-1 win at Carrow Road.

Barnsley were convincing 3-0 winners against Crawley Town in League One. Davis Keillor-Dunn’s red hot goalscoring form continued with another wonderful finish. Josh Earl made another influential starting appearance following injury.

Aaron Morley’s return to parent club Bolton Wanderers paid huge dividends in League One. He struck a crucial added time winning goal to leave Ed Francis and Exeter City defeated at St James Park (1-2).

Jamie Lindsay’s Bristol Rovers battled to a hard fought 1-1 draw at fellow League One strugglers Cambridge United. 

Sunday

Martin Boyle’s two goal salvo was the highlight in the six goal thriller at Easter Road. Hibernian twice came from behind to secure a 3-3 draw against Glasgow Rangers in the SPL.

In the EFL Championship; Sunderland nullified Callum Lang’s threat to edge out Portsmouth 1-0 at the Stadium of Light. 

Ronan Hale’s Ross County beat Kilmarnock 2-1 at Rugby Park. The men from Dingwall leapfrogged their opponents in the SPL league table. #FullNinetyFamily
