Swansea City were the early kick-off in the EFL Championship. 19 year old Chelsea loanee Ishé Samuels-Smith produced another accomplished display, despite his side losing 3-0 at Bristol City.

Liam Kitching’s Coventry extended their lead at the summit of the EFL Championship to seven points. City turned around a two goal deficit to beat West Bromwich Albion 3-2 at the CBS Arena.

Zac Swanson’s sensational first half strike propelled Portsmouth to a 3-1 win at Fratton Park. Callum Lang made an influential return to action in the victory against Millwall.

Australian international Martin Boyle captained Hibernian to victory in the SPL. The 3-0 result against Dundee at Easter Road maintains third place in the league table.

Barnsley thumped Luton Town 5-0 at Oakwell, where Davis Keillor-Dunn scored the winning goal and supplied an assist.Key defender Josh Earl guided his side to a clean sheet.

Also in League One, Aaron Morley featured in Bolton Wanderers’ goalless draw with Bradford City.

Tom Hamer’s assist proved to be only a consolation for Lincoln City in the 3-2 defeat at Wycombe Wanderers.

In the EFL Championship, Tyrese Campbell grabbed all the headlines following ‘The Steel City’ derby. The 25 year old forward scored a brace in his ‘Man of the Match’ display as, Sheffield United beat Sheffield Wednesday 3-0 at Hillsborough.

North of the border, Emma Lawton and Leah Eddie represented the #FullNinetyFamily in the SWPL, where there were comprehensive wins for Celtic (2-0) and Rangers (3-0).
