Tuesday

19 year old midfielder Harry Ashfield scored a second half equaliser for Wrexham which was assisted by fellow FullNinety client Elliot Lee. The North Wales giants won 3-2 away at Preston North End in the Carabao Cup 2nd Round. 

Barnsley edged out South Yorkshire rivals Rotherham United 2-1 in the Carabao Cup. Davis Keillor-Dunn captained ‘The Tykes’, while Josh Earl made a substitute appearance in a changed XI. 

An 88th minute goal was enough for Tom Hamer’s Lincoln City to seal their progress into the 3rd Round. They won 1-0 at Burton Albion. 

Wednesday

Former Manchester City academy graduate Luke Bolton made a lively substitute appearance for Mansfield in front of a 48,583 crowd at the Hill Dickinson Stadium. Despite their plucky display Town lost 2-0 against Everton in the Carabao Cup 2nd Round. 

Thursday

Only an extra-time goal denied Hibernian a place in UEFA Conference League group stages. Talisman Martin Boyle was on target in the 3-3 draw against Legia Warsaw, but Hibs exit the competition after losing 5-4 on aggregate.

Saturday 

Coventry City maintained their unbeaten start to the Championship season. Liam Kitching captained ‘The Sky Blues’ to a 2-2 draw at Oxford United. 

Tyrese Campbell struggled to unlock a stubborn Middlesbrough defence as Sheffield United lost 1-0 in the EFL Championship. 

Man of the moment Davis Keillor-Dunn scored a winning brace for Barnsley in League One. Josh Earl also completed an influential 90 minutes for ‘The Tykes’ in the 3-1 victory against Huddersfield Town.

Aaron Morley’s Bolton Wanderers turned around a half-time deficit to secure a 1-1 draw at Blackpool.

Also in League One, Tom Hamer and Luke Bolton both featured in Lincoln City’s 1-1 draw with Mansfield Town at Sincil Bank.

Chesterfield drew 2-2 against Crawley in League Two. Ronan Darcy continues to impress following his loan move to Derbyshire, while Dion Pereira made a second half substitute appearance for Town after returning from injury.

Sunday

Martin Boyle returned to domestic action with Hibernian in the SPL. The Edinburgh outfit earned a 1-1 draw after trailing against St Mirren at Easter Road. 

In the Superligaen; Theo Sander was unable to prevent his Odense side slipping to a 1-2 home defeat against FC Nordsjælland. #FullNinetyFamily
